Golf Life and Hitgolf.com present a look into a new category of golf: graduated hybrid irons. Offered by Cleveland, the HiBore Hybrid Iron set combines the best of the hybrid world with traditional cavity-backed golf clubs. Great for all golfers, especially those maturing in their golf lives, hybrid irons are more forgiving and easier to hit. I am sixteen and just began golfing a fairly decent amont and absolutely love it. My clubs are not as nice as I would like. I recently bought a Cleveland Launcher 460 (2006) for (good deal?) and that is the ONLY club I am interested in keeping. I have no hybrids. My putter looks like it is from the local putt-putt. Should I stick to irons or get hybrids? Are there "good" putters or do they have no effect other than psychological? I do not have a huge budget so I am not looking for top of the line clubs, just effective ones. Just last year my driver was wooden! lol and i had "wooden" woods. Thanks for the help!
i have been playing gold for about 3 years, im terrible, i know very little about golf, besides that you use a driver off the tee for long shots (which i always slice of course), and irons in between, and the wedge for short shots. so can anyone help me with this question?
Hey, Right now i am shooting mid to low 80s. I am playing with a OLDER CLEVELAND launcher driver, 2 taylor mad hybrids 3 and 4.. Then cleveland cg gold irons 3-9 and i carry one cleveland sw. I need new clubs, MAybe not irons but everything else, WHat would you recommend. I am 17, Also what clubs should i carry. LEt me know please.
Not a big fan of hogan or mizuno clubs, What else you guys like also what hybrids, wedges and woods do you think i should carry
I’m thinking about having in the bag 4,6-10 irons and a 3 and 5 hybrid. No fairway woods and a driver and putter will that work?
