I know I am asking a lot of questions about my lack of performance on driving a golf ball. I am serious about becoming the best I can be in the sport. I know I will never be a PGA product; however, learning is never a bad thing. When I received my Medicus double hinged driver I also received an instructional DVD. Of course in the DVD they showed the club breaking like the wind blew it over. I know my swing is terrible; the club was not breaking on me so I loosened the hinges, did I do the right thing with this aid or should I stay within manufactures specification? I did not get hurt on the price of buying both aids. I first went to the Medicus website after I had read something about them then went to eBay and bought both for the price of one. I have also bought a grip trainer from wal- mart expected to arrive this week (considering they said it was in stock at my local store and when I went there no one knew what it was) The DVD said there are 3 different grips on a club. The grip I use know is my right hand pinky finger interlocked with my left hand forefinger. This grip feels comfortable and I like it, however, am I using the right grip? If I am not then could someone tell me (please explain like I am a 2yr. old) all 3 different grips? As far as golf clubs go, could you also explain loft and lie, (again like I am a 2yr old) I am just not grasping the concept of the 2 and I know they are important or else people would not talk about them. If it would be easier to trade this info in email, (considering the sheer volume of questions I am asking on this subject) just send me one by clicking on my Icon.

I was just wondering how airlines would want your golf clubs to be packed for taking on a plane.

Should I buy these irons?

Ok, i’m looking into a new set of irons. I came across this site:

http://pinemeadowgolf.com/golf-clubs/irons/command.bk.html

I know they’re clones, but looking around the site and at reviews from people who’ve bought them (as well as reviews on other, impartial sites), the quality seems very good as well as the warranty and customer service. The cost seems to be about half of some good used name brand irons i’ve looked at, so cost is definately a plus. So, regardless of your opinions on clones in general, do you think these clubs would work well for a high handicapper who plays 2-4 times a month?

Would my golf clubs get damaged and/or break if I played during the NY winter weather? (I can’t afford to fly to warmer climate states so I’m stuck here for now until spring comes along)

What kind of golf clubs would be best to start off with?

How do I know if my golf clubs are long enough?

I’m 6’7" and I’m wondering if standard length golf clubs will work or if I need to have clubs custom made. If i need custom clubs, what might I be looking at to have those made.

Can someone tell me about about Prince golf clubs?

I am getting a complete set made by Prince Golf and am looking for thoughts/review about their men golf clubs from drivers to irons to hybrids, ect. Thank you very much.

I want to get my boyfriend golf clubs for our anniversary but I have no idea what to get him, his dad passed away and he uses his old Callway clubs but he is always talking about how he wants new ones. I always pay attention when he looks at golf clubs and he said he really likes PING or Callaway and he wants hybrids? I would like to get him a set with a bag and everything if possible 600 or less. Any help!? Links would be great too

How can I make adjusting to shorter golf clubs easier?

I’m kind of new to golf, I’ve been at it for only a year. This christmas I received a new set of golf clubs, and all my irons are about an inch shorter than my old set. Other than obviously hitting the driving range, is there anything else I can specifically do to make this process easier or faster? Anything that I’d have to change with my swing? I’m usually topping the ball right now and its frustrating. Any advice or tips? Thanks

What golf clubs to buy for a 14 year old boy?

It seems there arent many golf clubs for that age group. Ladies golf clubs would be a fine fit, but this is for a boy. Is it best just to buy a regular set and instruct him to grip it quite low?
